As announced on the Friday, February 4 edition of 'The Oprah Winfrey Show,' this spring, Christie Brinkley, one of the world's most successful supermodels, is set to make her highly anticipated Broadway stage debut as merry murderess Roxie Hart in the Tony Award-winning hit musical CHICAGO for an eleven-week limited engagement, Monday, April 4 through Sunday, June 19, 2011 at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St.).

Roger Kumble, David Elzer and Molly O'Keefe will present a world premiere play, GIRLS TALK, written and directed by Roger Kumble (turnaround, d girl) and starring Andréa Benewald ('Suddenly Susan'), Leslie Bibb ('Talledega Nights'), Brooke Shields ('Lipstick Jungle'), and Constance Zimmer ('Entourage'). Producer Daryl Roth announced today that '30 Rock' star Katrina Bowden, theater favorite Maddie Corman (Next Fall), Tony Award-winner Donna McKechnie (A Chorus Line), lifestyle superstar and restaurateur B. Smith and Daytime Emmy Award-winner Kim Zimmer ('Guiding Light'/'One Life To Live') will join upcoming casts of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore, now in its second smash year at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).

New York native and stage and screen star, Brooke Shields, made her solo cabaret debut on Tuesday, February 1 at Feinstein's at Loews Regency. Under the direction of Mark Waldrop, Ms. Shields presents In My Life, an intimate look into the life of the actress, from her early days as the 'Ivory Soap baby' to now. She shares stories from her incredible journey in show business in an evening that features some of her favorite pop songs, those from previous Broadway appearances, and selections from the upcoming Broadway musicals, Leap of Faith and Ever After.
