Utah Shakespeare Festival Announces Les Misérables for the 2012 Season

Today the Utah Shakespeare Festival announced an exciting change in its 2012 season. Les Misérables, one of the world's most popular shows and Broadway's third longest running musical, will be playing in the Randall L. Jones Theatre from June 23 to October 20.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Utah Shakespeare Festival, a number of entities have come together to showcase the Festival in seven different exhibits. Guests will better understand the Festival's history by visiting these exhibits and seeing fifty years unfold through photos, programs, posters, displays, and a special showing of Shakespeare's First Folio.
Utah Shakespeare Festival Casts Christian Barillas as Romeo in ROMEO AND JULIET

Christian Barillas has been cast in the lead role of 'Romeo and Juliet' at Utah Shakespeare Festival, which will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary Season in 2011. The production will be directed by Artistic Director David Ivers and will run in the Adams Shakespearean Theatre June 23 through September 3.

The Rep's ROUTE 66 Gets Extension Through 5/9

Now through May 9, The Rep will be presenting Route 66, an all-new production, featuring some of the most popular songs of the road. The cast includes Danny Calvert, Adam Estes, Zachary Dylan Robbins, and Justin Robinson.
