Southwest Shakespeare Company to open its 18th season with Titus mAndronicus, opening on September 9th in Mesa, AZ.

Fishamble: The New Play Company from Dublin, Ireland will perform the American premiere of 'Noah and the Tower Flower' by Sean McLoughlin, winner of the 2007 Irish Times Best New Play Award, September 7 to October 2, 2011 at The Drilling Company Theater, 236 West 78th Street, Manhattan.

'Coriolanus,' a contemporary staging of Shakespeare's classic play about the titular Roman warrior, stars Ralph Fiennes, Gerard Butler, Academy Award winner Vanessa Redgrave, Brian Cox, Jessica Chastain and James Nesbitt. The film marks Fiennes' directorial debut. CORIOLANUS made its world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival earlier this year and will play at the Toronto International Film Festival before hitting theaters in the US on December 2nd.

The strictly limited engagement of THAT CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON played its final performance on Sunday, May 29th at 3:00PM. Now, Variety reports that the play managed to 'overcome the bad press to achieve a hair's-breadth recoupment of its $2.75 million capitalization.'
