After several mysterious teases on social media, Queen legend Brian May has now confirmed the upcoming release of what he calls a 'kick a**' track'; one he has produced and that's performed by sensational singers WOMAN and accompanied by May's guitar. The WOMAN supergroup features Mazz Murray, Kerry Ellis, Gina Murray and Anna-Jane Casey.

A total of 213 music teachers from 194 cities across 42 states have been announced as quarterfinalists for the Music Educator Award presented by The Recording Academy® and the GRAMMY Foundation®.

The final performance of Manhattan Youth Ballet's spring production, Stories that Dance: Shakespeare and his Legacy, was full of joy. Four story ballets were performed with the young dancers involved in the story telling, rather than just going through the movements.

When young, aspiring dancers perform, there is an excitement in the air. The March 8 performance by the Manhattan Youth Ballet was no different. The thrill was palpable.

Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater today announced eight winners of the 2011/2012 Student Playwrights Project 10-Minute Play Competition-an annual event in which D.C.-area students submit original 10-minute plays into competition. Nearly 800 works were submitted from students in D.C.-area middle and high schools this year.
