'My Son the Waiter, A Jewish Tragedy,' Brad Zimmerman's deliciously self-skewering account of three decades of underachievement as a beloved bad waiter, is proving to have some staying power. The hilarious one-man crowd-pleaser, which began its initial 12-week run at Stage 72 - Triad Theatre, 158 West 72nd Street, on October 10, is now on sale through March 2. The two shows on New Year's Eve -- at 7pm and 9pm -- which were originally scheduled to shut down the joint, will now ring in the New Year, as well as a two-month extension.
I enjoyed the ride of TOMMY. By the end of the show, I wanted to buy the album. That's a compliment. To The Who. To the cast. To the house band, The Whom. And to Standing Room Only Productions.

Brad is appearing in his one man show at Stage 72 Triad Theatre and kept host Peter LeDonne and night life correspondent Jamie deRoy laughing with his steady stream of funny remarks.

An often over-looked subject in the musical genre is the hardworking, semi-rural blue-collar working class American, but that is exactly the focus of HANDS ON A HARDBODY. The Texas-centric musical, based on the 1997 documentary of the same title, is enjoying a phenomenal Texas Premiere.
TUTS Underground is cooking up a musical treat that is as Texan as Pecan Pie with their Texas Premiere of HANDS ON A HARDBODY, a musical based on the 1997 documentary by the same title. BroadwayWorld - Houston was invited to attend a rehearsal of HANDS ON A HARDBODY. We got to bring our camera along to snap some photos and give our readers a sneak peek at the exciting production.
