People.com reports that Rosie O'Donnell and fianceé Michelle Rounds tied the knot in a secret ceremony on June 9th in New York. O'Donnell's rep Cindi Berger revealed the news commenting, 'They got married but they haven't had the wedding celebration.'

Rewind - The 80s Festival returns for its fourth year from today, 17th August - Sunday 19th August at Temple Island Meadows, Henley-on-Thames. As with last year's concert performances and audience participation celebrations, this year's Rewind Festival includes another live outdoor line-up of the 80s recording artists/performers.

When Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's moralistic take on traditional European fairy tales, mostly penned by The Brothers Grimm, last hit town in a major production, it was April of 2002. The city was still very much rattled by the events of the past September, but a positive spirit was growing from our observances of acts of heroism surrounding us.

The Old Globe presents the West Coast Premiere of Divine Rivalry. Based on a real-life event, the drama about two of history's most famous artists-and one of history's most infamous statesmen-is written by Michael Kramer with D. S. Moynihan. Directed by Michael Wilson, Divine Rivalry runs now through August 5 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. PrideLondon returned in a bigger and better form in 2012 as a two-week long festival took over central London. WorldPride Festival runs from 23 June through to 8 July with the PrideLondon Parade taking place on 7 July. More than one million visitors were expected to enjoy the festivities in Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Soho, which are open to everyone, gay or straight, male or female.

As BroadwayWorld reported yesterday, producers Danielle Tarento and Bronia Buchanan will present a new production of Boy George's Taboo at Brixton Club House following last month's launch of the VIP Gold Room, marking the multi-purpose venue's first foray into theatre.
Today, it has been revealed that the show will star one of its original leading men, Paul Baker, as the club's promoter Philip Sallon. Baker won an Olivier award for the role in 2003. He is additionally known for his performances in the West End productions of Chicago (Amos), Napoleon (Napoleon), the original cast of The Lion King (Zazu, Timon) and Starlight Express (Rusty).
