Country music superstar Keith Urban is set to perform with seven young musicians who have participated in the GRAMMY Foundation(R)'s GRAMMY Camp(R) music program on the AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS, airing live from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas Monday, Dec. 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.

Broadcast from Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE! will feature performances from rock group Lifehouse, AMERICAN IDOL Season 11 winner Phillip Phillips and entertainer Carmen Electra.

Rascal Flatts, Kip Moore and Jake Owen are set to perform at the AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS (ACA) airing live from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas Monday, Dec. 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. The CW Television Network will broadcast 'The 18th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards' live from Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif., on Thursday, January 10, 2013 (8:00-10:00 p.m. ET), it was announced today by Joey Berlin, President of the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) and Thom Sherman, Executive Vice President, Development, The CW.

The third annual AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS will air live from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas Monday, Dec. 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Luke Bryan leads the AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS nominees with seven nominations; Lady Antebellum and Zac Brown Band each earned six nods; and Eric Church and Taylor Swift garnered five nominations.

Multi-platinum recording artist Trace Adkins and Emmy and Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth return as hosts of the third annual AMERICAN COUNTRY AWARDS, airing from Las Vegas this December on FOX. The awards show will take place at Mandalay Bay. Nominations to be announced soon.

TEEN CHOICE 2012 will once again celebrate the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web in the choicest, star-studded two-hour event airing live tonight, July 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Among the nominees are GLEE star Lea Michele and 'How I Met Your Mother's Neil Patrick Harris.

Star of GLEE, Kevin McHale, is set to co-host TEEN CHOICE 2012, alongside Demi Lovato.

FOX has announced its line-up stars for The 2012 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS, airing July 22, 8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed. Among those scheduled to appear are GLEE's Lea Michele and 'New Girl's Zooey Deschanel, who will soon star in the upcoming Broadway adaptation of 'Coal Miner's Daughter.'

Global superstar Justin Bieber will perform at TEEN CHOICE 2012 airing live Sunday, July 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Bieber joins previously announced performers Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida, No Doubt and DJ Pauly D, who will serve as 'Choice' DJ for the night.
