The Town Hall, Broadway?s landmark concert venue, presents the fifth annual Broadway Cabaret Festival, October 16th ? 18th. This three-concert series, created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel, takes place over one weekend and includes A Tribute to David Merrick on Friday, October 16th at 8PM, Linda Eder: All of Me on Saturday, October 17th at 8PM and Broadway Originals on Sunday, October 18th at 3PM. The festival showcases the talents of award-winning Broadway veterans and rising stars in a celebration of the Great White Way.

It was announced today that Billy Crystal will bring 700 SUNDAYS, his Tony Award-winning Broadway blockbuster, to six cities for limited engagements this fall, launching at Washington, D.C.'s National Theatre September 8 - 17. The tour will also play Philadelphia, Dallas, Palm Beach, Miami and Atlanta. 700 SUNDAYS, a play performed and written by Mr. Crystal with additional content by Alan Zweibel is directed by two-time Tony Award winner Des McAnuff.

Arena Stage announces the pop-concert musical comedy Striking 12 to join Arena Restaged Part Two for this winter holiday season. Co-written with Tony Award-winning author Rachel Sheinkin (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) and performed by pop-rock band GrooveLily, Striking 12 is a witty journey through the ups and downs of the holiday season. Musicians turned actors Valerie Vigoda (electric violinist and D.C.-area native), Brendan Milburn (pianist) and Gene Lewin (drummer) serve as both accompaniment and performers for this amusing score that is ?alive with wit and humor? (The New York Times). This unique blend of musical theater and live rock concert is a distinctive addition to Arena?s 2009/10 season.
