REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER returns from hiatus and resumes its 12th season with a live edition, presented from Sidney Harman Hall in Washington, D.C. at a special time, on FRIDAY, SEPT. 12

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards telecast will air live coast-to-coast live tonight at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT on NBC from the NOKIA Theater L.A. Live in Los Angeles. The Emmy Award winning Tyson is host of FOX's 2014 Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey series and radio show StarTalk. Tyson will share his passion for astrophysics, astronomy, and cosmology in an evening of engaging conversation on science, exploration, and the world as we know it.

The 2014-2015 Kentucky Center Presents season features performances by Susan Boyle, the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, and Dance Theatre of Harlem, as well as luminaries from the realms of Comedy, Classical music, and the Culinary Arts.

This year's Creative Arts telecast partner is FXM; a two-hour edited version of the ceremony will air Sunday, August 24 at 8:00 PM ET/PT with an encore at 10:00 PM ET/PT on FXM. The program will be streamed in its entirety as part of the Backstage LIVE! show on Emmys.com at 12:00 PM PT/3:00 PM ET on Monday, August 25.

Receiving rave reviews during its summer run, Writer/Actor Joe Assadourian's hit Off-Broadway Comedy THE BULLPEN has opened ticket sales through November 22nd, 2014 at The Playroom Theater. The show, which is directed by Richard Hoehler, is largely influenced by Joe Assadourian's experiences having served 12 years in prison for attempted murder. This extension will include a celebratory performance on October 8th, which will mark the first anniversary of Joe Assadourian's release from Otisville Correctional Facility. The New York Times praised the one man show exclaiming that Joe Assadourian "is one terrific actor," "marvelous," and "extremely funny."

Scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to explore the power of comedy through eight-week class sessions offered at ImprovBoston's nationally-acclaimed Comedy School. The ImprovBoston Outreach Scholarship will be awarded to an individual identifying with a cultural/racial minority who has a passion to learn improvisational comedy.
