In downtown White Plains, a three day jazz celebration will commence on September 6, 7 and 8. There will be outdoor jazz concerts, stand up comedy by Bill Cosby and many restaurants around to choose from.
Comix At Foxwoods and Fox Theater will welcome back one of Comedy Central's '100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time,' Jim Breuer, for one performance on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 8 p.m.
