On the third anniversary of the fire that nearly destroyed the historic cinema, Sag Harbor Cinema and Bay Street Theater team up to usher in the Holidays and celebrate the unique and festive spirit that is the Village of Sag Harbor. Bay Street throws open its doors for hot cider, mulled wine, and a visit from Santa at 6 pm, followed at 7 pm by a free screening of Giuseppe Tornatore's Academy Award winning film Cinema Paradiso.   At the conclusion of the screening, Hollywood screenwriter and local resident Bill Collage will discuss the film with SHC's Artistic Director Giulia D'Agnolo Vallan.

The ABC Television Network has announced midseason premiere dates for new series "Of Kings & Prophets," "My Diet Is Better Than Yours," "The Catch," "The Family" and "The Real O'Neals."  Season premiere dates were also announced for returning favorites "The Bachelor," "Beyond The Tank," "Galavant" and "Marvel's Agent Carter." They will join the schedule with acclaimed series "American Crime," previously announced to make its second-season premiere WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 6.

Today, Lionsgate tweeted a trailer tease for THE DIVERGENT SERIES: ALLEGIANT. The full trailer will be released tomorrow, Friday November 13th.

 "We are extremely proud of the series the studio is producing for ABC and other networks. This TV season is especially exciting as we have increased the number of quality shows over last season," said Patrick Moran, EVP, ABC Studios.

ABC continues its commitment to great storytelling with the announcement of its 2015-16 slate of programming, including the addition of 10 new series. Paul Lee, president, ABC Entertainment Group, will unveil the network's new lineup to the advertising and media communities this afternoon at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall.

ABC has announced five new drama pilot pickups tonight, Deadline writes, including L.A. CRIME, MIX, OF KINGS & PROPHETS, RUNNER and QUANTICO.

Bay Street Theater announces the success of its 23rd Annual Summer Gala, chaired by longstanding patrons of the theater and the arts, Christine Wachter-Campbell & Bill Campbell, and Pia & Jimmy Zankel, which took place in Sag Harbor at the Long Wharf last weekend on July 12, 2014 to benefit Bay Street's Scott Schwartz New Directions Fund, which supports a myriad of new programming initiatives and educational offerings. Weaver joins previously announced Joel Edgerton, who will play Ramses, and Christian Bale, set to take on the role of Moses. The film was originally written by Adam Cooper and Bill Collage, with Steve Zaillian providing a rewrite.

The world premiere of the action-comedy TOWER HEIST will take place at New York's Ziegfeld Theatre on Monday, October 24, 2011.
