After a sold-out run at the Canal Room, 'The TRL Generation' brings its wildly successful 'Broadway Loves the Spice Girls' concert uptown to 54 Below on Monday, January 13th. The 11:30PM 'Girl Power'-filled song and dance extravaganza is musically directed by Benjamin Rauhala, directed by Kyle Fox, and produced by Shoshana Feinstein.

Just last night, Jeremy Jordan, Krysta Rodriguez, Andy Mientus, Carrie Manolakos starred in HIT LIST at 54 Below. The second season of NBC's Smash featured a fictional new Broadway musical called HIT LIST, written by characters played by Jeremy Jordan (Newsies, The Last 5 Years) and Andy Mientus (Carrie, Spring Awakening), and starring Krysta Rodriguez (First Date,The Addams Family). The fictional musical opened at Manhattan Theatre Workshop and then transferred to Broadway, opening at the Barrymore Theatre and winning seven Tony Awards. HIT LIST, a modern fable about identity and the price of fame, tells the tragic love story of a wannabe pop singer who transforms herself to become a star and the hidden songwriter she uses to get there - but at what cost? 54 Below just welcomed a part of its December line-up for a special performance preview, including the cast of 'HIT LIST' -- a fictional musical created for NBC's popular series SMASH. Jeremy Jordan (Newsies, The Last 5 Years), Andy Mientus (Carrie, Spring Awakening), Krysta Rodriguez (First Date ,The Addams Family), and Carrie Manolakos (Wicked, Mamma Mia!) will star in the concert production, and BroadwayWorld's Richard Ridge was there to share in their excitement about the project. On November 24th at 9:30pm, BroadwayUnderstudies.com has once again invited some of Broadway's most talented understudies to the stage of the Laurie Beechman Theatre to share their rare talent-the ability to perform at a second's notice. They'll be thrown into the fire in 'Half Hour 4: A Last Minute Concert,' a show where even they don't know what they'll be singing before they step up to the microphone. The audience will get to vote on what song each performer will sing.

Up and coming musical theatre writer Zack Zadek performs a concert of his music at Highline Ballroom today, Monday November 11, at 8PM. Directed by Hunter Bird, the concert will be a mix of musical theatre, pop, dance, as well as selections from Zadek's full-length musicals 6 (New York Musical Theatre Festival 2012), and The Crazy Ones (NYMF Reading Series 2013).

Broadway's Marla Mindelle (Sister Act, South Pacific), Rebecca Naomi Jones (American Idiot, Passing Strange), Taylor Trensch (Matilda, Wicked), Lauren Pritchard (Spring Awakening, Universal/Island Records) and more will join up and coming musical theatre writer Zack Zadek in a concert of his music at Highline Ballroom on Monday November 11, at 8PM. After the wildly successful 'Broadway Loves Britney' and 'Broadway Sings The 90's' concerts, 'The TRL Generation' returns to the Canal Room on Sunday, November 10th with 'Broadway Loves the Spice Girls,' a 'Girl Power'-filled song and dance extravaganza paying tribute to the Fab Five. The 9:30PM concert is musically directed by Benjamin Rauhala, directed by Kyle Fox, and produced by Shoshana Feinstein.

Cabaret and special concert event hotspot 54 Below announced earlier today that they would hold a reunion concert featuring some of the stars of NBC's short-lived musical drama series SMASH performing material from one of the musicals within the series, HIT LIST, this December, and a new promotional poster for the event has been released via social media.

Jeremy Jordan (Newsies, The Last 5 Years), Krysta Rodriguez (First Date, The Addams Family), Andy Mientus (Carrie, Spring Awakening), and more will star in HIT LIST at 54 Below on Monday, December 9 for two performances only at 9:30PM and 11:30PM.

On October 8, 2013, Jane Elissa presented An Intimate Evening with Broadway & Daytime Television Stars at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, where Daytime Soap Star Jackie Zeman and many other prominent Broadway stars performed to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Scroll down for photos!
