HBO Renews GAME OF THRONES, SILICON VALLEY & VEEP for 2017

With all three shows set to return for new seasons on Sunday, April 24, HBO has renewed GAME OF THRONES, SILICON VALLEY and VEEP for 2017, it was announced today by Michael Lombardo, president, HBO Programming.

The Writers Guild of America, West (WGAW) and the Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) tonight announced the winners of the 2015 Writers Guild Awards for outstanding achievement in writing for film, television, new media, videogames, news, radio, promotional, and graphic animation categories at simultaneous ceremonies at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles and the Edison Ballroom in New York City.

New Episodes of Vimeo Original Series HIGH MAINTENANCE Coming in February

Vimeo announced today that a new cycle of three episodes of the heralded web series High Maintenance will premiere exclusively on Vimeo on Demand February 5, 2015 - the second half of the series' second season. Created by married couple Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair, the series successfully launched Vimeo On Demand's first foray into original programming.

Brecht's BAAL Begins at Columbia Stages October 22nd

Columbia Stages presents Bertolt Brecht's BAAL, translated by Peter Tegel and directed by James Dacre, running October 22nd - 25th, 2008, at The Riverside Theatre, located in the historic Riverside Church at 91 Claremont Avenue between 120th and 122nd Streets.
