Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Below, BroadwayWorld brings you some cabaret highlights for this week as picked by our theatre editors, including: Andrew Lippa's A Little Princess in Concert, Ewalt & Walker's Holiday Pajamboree, Singing Cyndi Lauper: 54 Just Wants to Have Fun, Daniel Reichard's Decked Out Holiday Party, and The Stephen Schwartz-athon.

Theaterspeak will present WRITE OUT FRONT, an installation of over 125 award-winning and up-and-coming playwrights writing new plays in the storefront window of the Drama Book Shop during store hours, today, August 1st - 31st. In each two-hour time slot for WRITE OUT FRONT, a different playwright will write a new play on a laptop, while the screen shot of their computer is projected onto a 42' monitor facing the passersby on the street, making their normally private creative process public.

Just last night, 'Submissions Only' co-creators Kate Wetherhead and Andrew Keenan-Bolger celebrated the songs of their hit web series at 54 Below. Under the music direction of Michael Croiter, the Submissions Only House Band, along with a number of exciting guest stars, performed a selection of music from all three seasons of the show, including original songs like 'Two Cents,' 'Wrong Spot' and 'Nobody Does Mean Like Me.'

Rachel Kunstadt and Quintessence of Dust Productions present Sing Away the Stigma, a benefit concert working towards erasing the stigma of mental illness, which will be held tonight, May 21st at 9:30 pm at 54 Below.

Royal Family Productions' Emerging Artist Program will presents a workshop benefit performance of the first 40 minutes of Opal Ann Meets the Fabulous Kit Katt, A play with Musical Fantasies written and directed by Chris Henry, with music and lyrics by Summer Hyde and Daniel A. Weiss and choreography by Liz Ramos. Opal Ann Meets the Fabulous Kit Katt, will be presented at RFP's new Times Square location, The American Globe Theatre (145 W 46 Street) on Opal Ann Meets the Fabulous Kit Katt, and Opal Ann Meets the Fabulous Kit Katt.
