In the featured role of Matron 'Mama' Morton, Dolina will play a limited eight-performance engagement at Broadway's Ambassador Theatre (219 West 49th Street), Tuesday, August 13 through Sunday, August 18.

Producers Barry and Fran Weissler announced today that celebrated talk show host and best-selling author Wendy Williams will now begin her Broadway debut engagement as Matron 'Mama' Morton in the Tony Award-winning musical smash CHICAGO on Friday, June 28.

Pippin began performances earlier this month at The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) surrounded by Broadway buzz. But according to a report by the Associated Press, the show's cast and creative team are keeping their focus to making the current run stand on its own before Pippin officially opens on January 3rd.

On Thursday, December 20, 2012, Broadway's globally acclaimed revival of the Tony Award-winning musical CHICAGO will celebrate another momentous milestone and record-breaking when it plays performance #6,681.

Pippin began performances last night, December 5 at The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.), and already there is more buzz about the show attracting Broadway producers. According to the New York Times, producing team Baryy and Fran Weissler along with Howard and Janet Kagan have given enhancement money in order to 'enable them to put together a commercial production of "Pippin" for Broadway.'
