SF Sketchfest was founded in 2001 by David Owen, Cole Stratton, and Janet Varney as a way to showcase the talents of six Bay Area sketch comedy groups: The Fresh Robots, Kasper Hauser, The Meehan Brothers, Please Leave the Bronx, Totally False People, and White Noise Radio Theatre. Seeso, the ad-free streaming comedy channel, today announced the renewal of three Original Series: travel parody show “HIDDEN AMERICA WITH JONAH RAY”; animated sketch series “THE CYANIDE & HAPPINESS SHOW,” based on the popular web comic; and “BIG JAY OAKERSON'S WHAT'S YOUR F@%KING DEAL?!” These renewals are in addition to the already announced second seasons of “BAJILLION DOLLAR PROPERTIE$” and “THE UCB SHOW.”

Amphibian Stage Productions (Kathleen Culebro, Artistic Director) will present comedian Baron Vaughn from Monday, August 29 to Saturday, September 3 at 8pm.  Mr. Vaughn will be the fifth artist in Amphibian's 2016 stand-up comedy series.
