Schimmel Center at Pace University concludes its 2018-19 Cabaret Series with an evening of standards and musical theater selections composed by women titled Baby, Dream Your Dream: The Great Women Songwriters on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 7:30pm.

Deborah Grace Winer's new show NEW YORK: BIG CITY SONGBOOK offers a kaleidoscopic vision of life in the city, from the inspiring and romantic to the aggravating and the quirky. New York is a fabulous character, and Deborah has assembled a great cast of real New Yorkers (meaning they come from everywhere) to take us on this entertaining and exhilarating musical ride in search of what it really means to be a New Yorker.

Each year, the Tony Awards release a list of names of friends and colleagues in the Broadway community who have left us during the past year.

Bethel Woods Center for the Arts continues to grow and diversify programming held in its most intimate venue - the indoor Event Gallery. This summer, the beloved Bradstan Cabaret Series returns with three unique performances featuring Ann Hampton Callaway on July 8, Mark Nadler on August 20, and Scott Samuelson and Jeanne MacDonald on September 16. Then this fall, PLAY: The Classics returns with the Manhattan Chamber Players on September 14, Borislav Strulev and Friends on September 28, and ZOFO on October 19. On June 4 at 2PM, Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY) will present Tyler's Suite at Lincoln Center's David Geffen Hall in commemoration to the memory of Tyler Clementi, a young musician who died by suicide shortly after being bullied online by his roommate for being gay.

Jack Kleinsinger's Highlights In Jazz, New York's longest running jazz concert series, continues its record breaking 45th season at 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center Borough of Manhattan Community College, 199 Chambers Street, New York City, with a special Women In Jazz program featuring the festive multi-dimensional music of Cynthia Sayer and her Joyride Band with clarinetist Adrian Cunningham, the innovative vocal stylings of Rene Marie plus International Women in Jazz Youth in Action Award Winner pianist Leonieke Scheuble, and, as in all Highlights In Jazz concerts, a surprise special guest.
