Today's brightest young stars and celebrity entertainers turned out for the 2018 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA), music's biggest event for families, at the Dolby Theatre® at Hollywood & Highland Center® in Hollywood, California. A special telecast of the sixth annual show, “2018 Radio Disney Music Awards,” was presented on SATURDAY, JUNE 23 on Disney Channel, as well as multiple Disney-branded platforms including Radio Disney, the Radio Disney app, the DisneyNOW app and Disney.com/RDMA.

The second and final wave of TEEN CHOICE TM 2018 nominees have been announced and music artists Cardi B and Selena Gomez lead with four nominations each. In film, "The Greatest Showman," "Black Panther" and "Solo: A Star Wars Story" each received four nods. "Riverdale" leads in television with seven nominations, while "Stranger Things" follows with five and "The Bold Type" with four.

Global music icon, multiple GRAMMY® Award winner and multiplatinum-selling artist Janet Jackson will receive the first-ever “Impact” Award at the 2018 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA), music's biggest event for families, airing SATURDAY, JUNE 23 (8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel as well as multiple Disney-branded platforms, including Radio Disney, the Radio Disney app, the DisneyNOW app and Disney.com/RDMA. Ms. Jackson joins previously announced honorees including Carrie Underwood, who will be receiving the “Hero” Award, and Kelly Clarkson, who will be receiving the “Icon” Award.

Freeform announces its programming schedule for June 2018, which includes two series premieres, two season premieres, an epic three-night finale, the broadcast debut of “iHeartRadio's Wango Tango” and offerings of fan-favorite movies.

The executive producers and cast of Freeform's highly anticipated new original series “Marvel's Cloak & Dagger” attended WonderCon on Friday, March 23, in Anaheim, California, where fans in attendance got a special sneak peek at the premiere episode. Immediately following the screening, cast members Olivia Holt and Aubrey Joseph, along with Joe Pokaski (executive producer and showrunner) and director Gina Prince-Bythewood participated in Q&A session moderated by Jeph Loeb (executive producer, Head of Marvel Television).

Freeform Announces MARVEL'S CLOAK & DAGGER Panel For First Ever Freeform Summit

Freeform, Disney's young adult television network, announced today the latest additions to the Freeform Summit, a first-time event for the network, featuring a series of panel discussions addressing activism, social change, representation in television and various other important issues defining modern youth culture today.

Freeform has released the first trailer from the upcoming series MARVEL'S CLOAK & DAGGER. The 10-episode season is set to premiere early 2018.
