Orlando Repertory Theatre (The REP) has announced a one-night-only concert starring Ashley Brown, Broadway's original Mary Poppins! The concert is held at Orlando Repertory Theatre on June 27 at 7:00pm. Ms. Brown will also spend time earlier in the week working with the cast of the Youth Academy production of Mary Poppins, playing July 17 - August 2, 2015.

Actress Ashley Brown from the Broadway production of Mary Poppins surprised the Franklin School for the Performing Arts Show Choir (Franklin, Mass.) as they attended a Disney Performing Arts workshop on Saturday, April 18. Ashley discussed her successful career, including her Broadway debut as Belle in the Disney hit Beauty and the Beast, and took time to answer questions and offer advice before a special vocal performance of Feed the Birds from Mary Poppins. On Friday night, The New York Pops continued its 31st season with two-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster in her solo debut at Carnegie Hall. Among other musical standards, Foster reprised her unforgettable performances of 'Anything Goes' and 'I Get a Kick Out of You' from her Tony Award-winning turn as Reno Sweeney in the Cole Porterclassic. She also offered her own take on 'Down with Love,' made famous by Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand. Foster was joined by special guest artists Joshua Henry and Megan McGinnis, who sang the showstopper 'Let It Sing' from Violet, and the touching 'Neverland' from Peter Pan.
