LUCINDA'S BED Opens 10/9 at Chicago Dramatists

Chicago Dramatists is having an extraordinary and memorable 2009. In addition to the success of A Steady Rain opening on Broadway this fall, starring Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman, Chicago Dramatists enters its 31st season with the honor of the TCG New Generations/Future Leaders grant, the announcement of four new resident playwrights and a new associate artistic director, and its selection as only one of four theatres to be included as part of the inaugural Millennium Park 'In The Works' Theatre Lab Project this spring.

THE FANTASTICKS to Kick Off Long Wharf's 2009-10 Season Oct 7 - Nov 1

Long Wharf Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director Gordon Edelstein and Managing Director Ray Cullom, will present the beloved musical The Fantasticks, directed by Amanda Dehnert, from October 7 through November 1, 2009, on the Mainstage.

FELA! Arrives On Broadway At The Eugene O'Neill Theatre 10/19, Casting Complete

As previously announced, Fela!, the new musical based on the life and music of groundbreaking African composer, performer and activist Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, will arrive on Broadway at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre (230 West 49th Street) where performances will commence on Monday, October 19 with an official opening set for Monday, November 23.

Jones, Stew, Rodewald & More Featured In New Wall Street Journal Article

On August 18th, The Wall Street Journal continued their Summer Scoops Live series at Lincoln Center, this time with guests that included PASSING STRANGE's Stew and Heidi Rodewald, Choreographer Bill T. Jones, and Jones' collaborators Bjorn Amelan and Janet Wong. The evening was moderated by the WSJ's Wendy Bounds.
