BREAKING BAD's Steven Michael Quezada to Bring Stand-Up to Connecticut Next Month

Steven Michael Quezada played DEA Agent Steve Gomez on AMC's Breaking Bad for all six years of the Emmy nominated TV Drama. Steven will be making two exclusive Connecticut stand-up comedy appearances on May 8th, 9:30 at Marisa's in Trumbull and on May 9th, 9:00 at the Cabaret Theater at Mohegan Sun.

Chan Centre to Offer Jazz Double Bill, 2/15

The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts at the University of British Columbia (UBC) is proud to present an evening of jazz and cross-genre musical exploration in a spectacular double bill featuring drummer, composer, producer, and entrepreneur, Terri Lyne Carrington's Mosaic Project and vocalist and Thelonious Monk International Jazz Competition winner Cécile McLorin Salvant on Sunday, February 15 at 7pm in the Chan Shun Concert Hall. Lea DeLaria to Host Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles' Women in Music Concert, 11/16

Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles presents Women in Music, a festive celebration featuring female composers, conductors and performers, at Preston Bradley Center (941 W. Lawrence, Chicago) on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 3 p.m. This concert, hosted by Orange Is the New Black star Lea DeLaria, will feature a special guest appearance by Chicago's own Artemis Singers, the first lesbian feminist chorus in the U.S. The Lakeside Pride Symphonic Band, under the direction of Kyle Rhoades, will perform the masterworks planned for this special event.

Showtime Acquires Pauly Shore Doc PAULY SHORE STANDS ALONE to Premiere December 4th

Deadline broke the news that Pauly Shore's documentary PAULY SHORE STANDS ALONE was acquired by Showtime - the film will premiere on December 4th. Directed by Shore, the film chronicles his comedy tour across the midwest as he deals with his ailing mother, legendary Comedy Store owner Mitzi Shore. The film will be also premiering at the Woodstock Film Festival in October.
