Yoga Music Band GuruGanesha Announces East Coast Tour
by Robert Diamond - Oct 11, 2012

Their music draws upon many sources-raga, gospel, rock, folk, even a touch of the blues. In performance, these myriad musical tributaries merge in a river of sound that alternatively brings audiences to their feet in ecstatic dance and transports them inward, into a quieter, more meditative and soothing space. Much of the band's material is drawn from GuruGanesha's 2011 album Kundalini Surjhee, but they have also begun to incorporate some brand new compositions into their live performances.
