What began as a limited seven-week engagement turned into an almost unstoppable juggernaut of entertainment that will have played 788 performances in two different theatres and been seen by an audience of one million by its final performance on June 28, 2009.

WE WILL ROCK YOU star Erica Peck returns to the Panasonic Theatre this Friday, May 29, for the final four weeks of the run.

Singer and television star Ray Quinn will be swapping his ice skates for his dancing shoes when he joins the cast of the smash-hit musical Grease. Ray will play the lead role of ?Danny' for a limited season from 11 May to 3 October 2009 at The Piccadilly Theatre. Further casting to be announced.

David Mirvish has announced that Toronto's longest-running musical, WE WILL ROCK YOU, will run even further! The all-Canadian, Dora Award-winning musical production will extend its run at the Panasonic Theatre through 6/28.

Michael Praed will star as 'Captain Von Trapp' alongside Connie Fisher as 'Maria' in the National UK tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber, David Ian and The Really Useful Group's smash hit production of the legendary Rodgers and Hammerstein musical 'THE SOUND OF MUSIC' opening at the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff on 26 July 2009, where it will play until 29 August 2009 (Box Office: 08700 40 2000). FLASHDANCE is currently touring the UK and is expected to transfer to the West End next year after the tour closes. Sources reveal that the producers are so confident with the successful production that they are planning to tour it around the states as soon as 2009.
