The conflict between art and religious tradition takes on extraordinary dimensions in My Name is Asher Lev, which is playing at the Long Wharf Theatre.

Long Wharf Theatre are presenting My Name is Asher Lev, by Aaron Posner and adapted from Chaim Potok's 1972 novel, directed by Long Wharf Theatre Artistic Director Gordon Edelstein until May 27 on their Mainstage. Gurney. Originally scheduled to end its limited run on Sunday, March 20th, Black Tie will now play through Sunday afternoon, March 27th at 3:00p.m.

Fire in My Heart: The Story of Hannah Senesh, the compelling exhibition at the Museum of Jewish Heritage-A Living Memorial to the Holocaust, examines the life and legacy of the Budapest-born World War II hero and poet.
