Woman Accused of Robbing HAMILTON Theatregoers Outside Stage Door

The NYPD has reported that they are searching for a woman who has been accused of robbing HAMILTON theatre goers while they wait for the cast outside of the stage door. According to PIX 11, at least six incidents have been reported since May 25 of this year.

Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Ends Strike

On November 18, 2016, the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Inc. (PSI) and the American Federation of Musicians, Local 60-471 negotiating committee representing musicians of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (PSO) agreed upon the terms of a new five-year contract. Today, the musicians of the PSO ratified the agreement, which had been ratified over the weekend by the PSO's Board of Trustees. This agreement ends the work stoppage which began on September 30, 2016. The new contract runs through September 5, 2021.

Random Access Music in Queens Releases Season Announcement

New York-based composer and performer collective Random Access Music (RAM), is proud to announce its 2016-17 Season. RAM's opening concert, Random Number One, will take place on Friday, December 2nd at 8pm at Broom Tree Theatre. The program includes two world premieres by RAM composers Gilbert Galindo and David Fetherolf featuring music for clarinet, cello, and piano with pianist David Broome, cellist Kate Dillingham, and clarinetist Thomas Piercy. Works by RAM composers Guy Barash and Allen Schultz alongside Górecki round out the evening's program.

Michelin Releases 2017 Edition of Its Famed Guide to New York's Best Restaurants

Michelin today announced its highly respected star selections for the 12 th edition of the MICHELIN Guide New York that goes on sale tomorrow.
