The 31st Annual Colleagues Spring Luncheon and Oscar de la Renta will present award-winning actress Marlo Thomas with The Colleagues Champion of Children Award, which honors those who have made a lasting impact on the lives of children.

James Corden has shared a special preview of 'Captain Marvel' stars Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson Carpool Karaoke: The Series episode airing this Friday. In the clip, the two drive through Los Angeles singing Ariana Grande's '7 Rings' and take a pressure-packed lie detector test.

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios' “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom. 

The 2019 Tribeca Film Festival, presented by AT&T, today unveiled its feature film lineup. Continuing its tradition of elevating exceptional storytelling rooted in today's global film communities, the 18th annual Festival will showcase debut works from emerging talent and new works from notable filmmakers. The program includes discoveries, comedies, music-centered, political and social films. The 2019 Tribeca Film Festival takes place April 24 - May 5.  

Last night in Los Angeles, stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Clark Gregg, Ben Mendelsohn, Gemma Chan, Lashana Lynch, Lee Pace, Rune Temte and Algenis Perez Soto were joined by directors Anna Boden & Ryan Fleck and producer Kevin Feige for a walk down the red carpet where they greeted excited fans at the world premiere of Marvel Studios' CAPTAIN MARVEL.

Roundabout Theatre Company will welcome back Emmy, Golden Globe & SAG Award winner and Oscar & Tony Award nominee Alec Baldwin, and Emmy Award winner and Tony Award nominee Anne Heche in a one-night-only reunion benefit reading of Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur's comedy Twentieth Century, reuniting the original stars of Roundabout's 2004 revival with director Walter Bobbie.

The Alley Theatre and Interim Artistic Director James Black, announce the cast and crew of the family drama The Humans by Stephen Karam and directed by Alley Artistic Associate Brandon Weinbrenner. The New York Times calls the play "a beautiful and moving play…a genuine and precious rarity." The Humans runs March 1-24 in the Hubbard Theatre. Tracy Letts, award winning actor, playwriter and screenwriter will accept the 2019 'Actor of the Year' Award in New York this coming April. Among his many accomplishments in theatre and film, Tracy Letts received the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for his play August Osage County and a Tony for his portrayal of George in the revival of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf on Broadway. As an active member of Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Letts has left an indelible mark on the global theatre community.

Ryan Murphy took to Instagram to share the latest update on new Netflix series, co-created by Ian Brennan. The series is titled HOLLYWOOD. He describes it as 'A love letter to the Golden Age of Tinseltown'.

Roundabout Theatre Company has just announced the company and design team for the new Broadway production of Arthur Miller's All My Sons starring Golden Globe winner and Academy, Tony & Emmy nominee Annette Bening as 'Kate Keller' and SAG Award nominee & Tony Award winner Tracy Letts as 'Joe Keller,' directed by Tony Award winner Jack O'Brien. Joining Bening and Letts are Benjamin Walker as 'Chris Keller,' Francesca Carpanini as 'Ann Deever,' Hampton Fluker as 'George Deever,' Michael Hayden as 'Dr. Jim Bayliss,' Jenni Barber as 'Lydia Lubey,' Nehal Joshi as 'Frank Lubey,' Chinasa Ogbuagu as 'Sue Bayliss.'

During the Super Bowl, fans got a special, brand-new look at  Marvel Studios' CAPTAIN MARVEL. 

Theatre Communications Group has announced that its 2019 Gala will be directed by Tony Award-winner Michael Mayer and feature performances from Oklahoma!'s Ali Stroker, Hadestown's Patrick Page and Eva Noblezada, and Angels in America's Beth Malone.

Following another all-night negotiation at Sundance, Amazon Studios has acquired worldwide rights to VICE Studios' political thriller The Report. Amazon is targeting a fall release later this year during the awards corridor.
