59E59 Theaters (Elysabeth Kleinhans, Artistic Director; Peter Tear, Executive Producer) welcomes the return of Godlight Theatre Company with the World Premiere adaptation of JOHN BALL'S IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT, adapted by Matt Pelfrey and directed by Joe Tantalo.

The Flea Theater announces a second extension of its controversial production of GIRLS IN TROUBLE by playwright provocateur Jonathan Reynolds, performed by The Bats and directed by Jim Simpson. In this bold drama, Mr. Reynolds, whose previous controversial play, Stonewall Jackson's House (short listed for the Pulitzer Prize), took on issues of racial victimization, has turned his attention to women's rights and abortion. Performances, originally schedule to end March 15, will now continue through April 11th.

In response to audience demand, The Flea Theater will present talkbacks following several performances of GIRLS IN TROUBLE by playwright provocateur Jonathan Reynolds. Mr. Reynolds, whose previous controversial play, Stonewall Jackson's House (short listed for the Pulitzer Prize), took on issues of racial victimization, has turned his attention to women's rights and abortion in this drama performed by The Bats and directed by Jim Simpson.
