Pasadena Playhouse (Sheldon Epps, Artistic Director and Stephen Eich, Executive Director), the State Theatre of California, and Tony-nominated director Sheryl Kaller (Broadway's Next Fall and Off-Broadway's Adrift in Macao) announced today Kaller's creative team for DANGEROUS BEAUTY and that Jenny Powers (Broadway's Grease as Rizzo and Little Women as Meg) will star as Veronica Franco.

The concert will feature performances from Darius de Haas (Marie Christine, Rent), Michael Brian Dunn (The Life, Cats, Julie and Julia), Jason Forbach(Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserable 25th Anniversary Tour),AnnMarie Milazzo(Bright Lights, Big City) and Kerry O'Malley (White Christmas, Billy Elliott). The concert is directed by Michael Rader(Cirque du Soeil, Sacramento Music Circus) with music direction by Ed Guttman (Peg O' My Heart, Celtic Chirstmas) and Stage Management from David Beris (Chita Rivera:A Dancer's Life), Jamie McGonnigal(Secret Garden, Pippin In Concert, Broadway Loves the 80s, Flopz n' Cutz) produces.

Multiple Tony Award nominee Marin Mazzie, Broadway veteran Jason Danieley and Meghann Fahy joined the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical, NEXT TO NORMAL on Monday, July 19 at Broadway's Booth Theatre (222 West 45th street). Ms. Mazzie and Mr. Danieley play Diana and Dan Goodman, a married couple dealing with Diana's bipolar disorder and the effect it has on their family.
