The full list of nominations has been announced for the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) which will take place on Sunday February 10th at London's Royal Opera House. In the category for Best Picture the nominees are Argo, Les Miserables, Life of Pi. Lincoln, and Zero Dark Thirty.

The Directors Guild of America has released nominees for its Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film award, which will be presented at the 65th annual DGA Awards Dinner on February 2 at Hollywood & Highland. Tom Hooper, director of the blockbuster film LES MISERABLES, was among the nominees.

Kicking off the 2013 Awards Season, The 24th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) Awards Gala, presented by Cartier, was held Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Palm Springs Convention Center hosted by Mary Hart. Honorees were presented with an original Chihuly Glass Sculpture designed by Dale Chihuly or the John Kennedy 'The Entertainer' statue. The event is sponsored by Mercedes-Benz and Entertainment Tonight.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and producer Dick Clark productions (dcp) present THE 70TH ANNUAl GoldEN GLOBE AWARDS live on Sunday, January 13, 2013. Next year's show will air live on NBC coast-to-coast from 5-8 p.m (PT) and 8-11 p.m. (ET) from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, with TV's all-star comedians Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are set to host. Sundance Institute Announces Jury Members for 2013 Sundance Film Festival

Sundance Institute announced today 19 members of five juries awarding prizes at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, January 17-27 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. Short Film Awards will be announced at a ceremony on January 22 at Park City's Jupiter Bowl, with feature film awards announced at a separate ceremony on January 26.
Jonathan Groff Joins Idina Menzel & Kristen Bell in Disney's FROZEN

SPRING AWAKENING and GLEE alum Jonathan Groff has officially signed on to join Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell in Disney's upcoming animated musical feature FROZEN. The Tony-nominated actor will help bring the character 'Kristoff' to life. The icey, epic journey is set for a Nov. 27, 2013 theatrical release.
