Austin Film Festival & Screenwriters Conference (AFF), the premier film festival recognizing the writers' contributions to film, television, and new media, announced today the full schedule of films and panels for the 22nd annual Festival, this October 29-November 5.

Bravo Media has greenlit a second season of its critically-acclaimed comedy 'Odd Mom Out' starring Jill Kargman, Abby Elliott, Andy Buckley, KK Glick, Sean Kleier and Joanna Cassidy. The scripted, half-hour series is created by and stars acclaimed author Jill Kargman playing a satirical version of herself as she navigates the treacherous and elite eco-system of New York's Upper East Side, and the uber-wealthy mommy clique inhabiting this fantastically OUTRAGEOUS domain. 'Odd Mom Out' recently wrapped its first 10 episode season on August 3.

Just so we are clear, JURASSIC WORLD is everything that you would expect from a movie about a theme park built around real, live genetically engineered dinosaurs; especially in a world where it's not the first park of its kind. As you may recall, starting in the 1990s, there was an ill-fated incarnation known as JURASSIC PARK, which didn't end badly enough to dissuade anyone from trying again (either on or off screen). Needless to say, things don't exactly go well this time around either. If your credulity is not strained enough by the film's basic conceits, the minutia of JURASSIC WORLD will surely finish the job. The franchise's cliché fourth film has all of the hackneyed hallmarks you have grown to love and loathe in a summer blockbuster; a man vs. beast action movie that requires the suspension of every available ounce of disbelief, but is ultimately satisfyingly entertaining; either despite, or because of, its ridiculousness.

Following Bravo Media's success in 2014 ranking as the #9 ad supported cable entertainment network among adults 18-49 and 25-54, the network announced today that the second original scripted series, 'Odd Mom Out,' will premiere on Monday, June 8th.

The Guthrie Theater held a cocktail party in New York City this week to celebrate Joe Dowling and his final season at the theater. He leaves in June 2015 after 20 years and as the longest Artistic Director in the theater's history. On this morning's fourth hour of TODAY, host Kathie Lee announced that she has written TODAY the musical! 'It's going to be live and it's going to be so much fun,' said the Broadway producer.

James Dumont is the latest actor to sign on for Colin Trevorrow's JURASSIC WORLD, ready to smash into theaters next June. No word yet on who he will be portraying.

TODAY's Jenna Bush Hager stopped by the set of the JURASSIC WORLD, the highly anticipated sequel to Jurassic Park and spoke to the film's star Chris Pratt about the project and how he got into top physical condition for the film.

The Old Globe presents Christopher Durang's Tony Award-winning farce Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, which will include Candy Buckley as Masha, Marcia DeBonis as Sonia, Tyler Lansing Weaks as Spike, Allison Layman as Nina, Martin Moran as Vanya, and Haneefah Wood as Cassandra. Jessica Stone will direct, based on the Tony-nominated Broadway direction of Old Globe Associate Artist Nicholas Martin, whose loss on April 30 devastated the theatre world*. Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike will run now through June 22, 2014 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe'sConrad Prebys Theatre Center.
