Broadway, regional and Las Vegas star, Andrea Bell Wolff, reprises her smashing show, 'Bad Girls Do Cry,' at Don't Tell Mama on October 8th at 7pm. The music and comedy performance - conceived and written by Andrea Bell Wolff and Barry Levitt and featuring a diminutive performer with giant-size talent - is dedicated to the sounds of 1960s girl groups. Musical Director Barry Levitt, leading a quintet as well as additional singers Carolee Goodgold and Deb Lyons, will accompany Ms. Bell Wolff in a string of hits. Dennis Deal directs the show. 'Bad Girls Do Cry' will play one show Oct. 8th at 7pm at Don't Tell Mama, 343 W 46th St, NYC between 8th and 9th Avenues. Reservations are ESSENTIAL. There is a $20 cover plus a 2-drink minimum. Just announced! The NYC debut of ELIJAH JAMAL QUINTET and Guests performing on Friday, September 4!  The quintet is led by saxophonist and composer Elijah Jamal Balbed, a Washington DC native named 'Best Tenor Saxophonist' and 'Best New Jazz Musician' by the Washington City Paper.

Miss Andrea Bell Wolff, the delightful singer-actress, has appeared in Broadway shows, on Las Vegas stages, on television; she was even the audience warm-up girl for the 'Ed Sullivan Show' in the late 1960's! Miss Bell Wolff has been in real show biz for the past 50 (yes!) years, yet she looks and acts incredibly youthful - and sounds, it, too.

Over the weekend, Richard Skipper kicked off a yearlong celebration of the 50th anniversary of HELLO, DOLLY! with members of the original Broadway cast! In attendence for the special reunion were Nicole Barth (Original cast), Paul Berne (dancer, Original Company), Carleton Carpenter and Johnny Beecher (Sheridan (Cornelius Hackl and Barnaby Tucker: Mary Martin International Company), Wayne Clark (first National Company with Carol Channing), John Anthony Gilvey, David Hartman (Rudolph and Stage Manager: Original Company), Charles Karel (Original cast), Jan LaPrad (Original Company dancer), Joan 'Buttons' Leonard (original company), Bob Lydiard (Cornelius Hackl, Carol's first Broadway Revival), Lee Roy Reams (Cornelius Hackl 1977 tour and Broadway Revival, director 1996 Broadway tour and Revival),Megan Thomas (Carol's last tour), Andrea Bell (started with Carol Channing, as Ermengarde at the age of seventeen, in Carol's FIRST national tour as well as other productions.) For the first time in its storied history, the fashion show takes place in the critically acclaimed Renzo Piano-designed Griffin Court of the Art Institute of Chicago's Modern Wing (159 East Monroe Avenue).
