The 8th Annual Fire Island Pines Literary and Theater Weekend will feature two-time Tony and Emmy Award-winner Andrea Martin (slated for Broadway's upcoming produection of NOISES OFF) and Emmy nominee and theatre multihyphenate Seth Rudetsky, in performance and signing copies of their latest publications: ANDREA MARTIN'S LADY PARTS, a memoir by Ms. Martin, and THE RISE AND FALL OF A THEATER GEEK, Mr. Rudetsky's latest young adult novel.

Showman Kenyon Phillips, known for his inventive blend of orchestral rock, variety show theatrics and exuberant sexuality, resurrects his autobiographical rock opera The Life and Death of Kenyon Phillips this month at Webster Hall. Beloved New York City drag performer and comedian Marti Gould Cummings is the latest celebrity to join the cast.

Westport Country Playhouse will reunite audience favorites---playwright Alan Ayckbourn and director John Tillinger---and an ensemble of popular actors from prior Ayckbourn works at the Playhouse---in the comedy, 'Bedroom Farce,' playing August 25 through September 13. 'Bedroom Farce' received five Tony Award nominations, including Best Play, during its 1979 Broadway run.
