BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.
The York Theatre Company and its acclaimed Developmental Reading Series, will present the new musical Cheer Wars with book & lyrics by Gordon Leary and music by Karlan Judd. Tony Award nominee Rory O'Malley (THE BOOK OF MORMON) just debuted the world premiere of his autobiographical show, PUB CRAWL, at Joe's Pub on March 10, 2014. PUB CRAWL is Rory's coming of age story that tells the tale of being raised in an Irish pub on the west side of Cleveland by his single mom and all of the bar's eclectic patrons. Using classic Irish pub songs from The Wolftones, U2, Van Morrison and more, the evening will feature music direction by Tony and Grammy Award winner, Stephen Oremus.
