The hotly anticipated new stage adaptation of the recent PETER PAN-centric film FINDING NEVERLAND is currently in rehearsals, set for their first preview this week, and a preliminary sneak peek of Jeremy Jordan onstage is now available to view.

Second Generation Productions (2g), a major incubator and producer of Asian American theater, announced today that Julian Cihi (Romeo and Juliet, Classic Stage Company) and Diane Phelan (Bernarda Alba, Lincoln Center) lead the cast of 2g's commissioned musical, Galois, by Sung Rno and Aaron Jones, directed by Victor Maog and produced by Jane Jung. The creative team also includes Music Director J. Oconer Navarro (The Adding Machine), Choreographer Camille A. Brown (tick, tick...BOOM!) and Fight Director Jacob Grigolia-Rosenbaum (Peter and the Starcatcher).

Profiles Theatre announces the next show of its 26th Season with the 20th Anniversary production of The Cryptogram by David Mamet, directed by Artistic Director Joe Jahraus. The production runs September 26 - November 16, 2014 at Profiles Theatre's The Alley Stage, 4147 N. Broadway. The press opening is October 2, 2014 at 8 p.m.

Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre opens the Tony and Academy Award winning musical, The King and I, tonight, July 9 in Winchester, VA. Set against the backdrop of 19th century Siam, Rodgers and Hammerstein's The King and I explores the conflicted relationship between King Mongkut of Siam and Anna Leonowens, a British schoolteacher hired by the King as part of his plans to modernize his country. The Lyric Stage Company of Boston's 2014-15 Season begins September 5 with Stephen Sondheim's masterpiece SWEENEY TODD, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. The musical thriller runs September 5 through October 11, 2014. The opening is set for September 7 at 3 p.m.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Diane Paulus, Artistic Director and William Russo, Managing Director; announced today the casting for its first production of its 2014/15 Season: the world premiere of the musical Finding Neverland, with music and lyrics by Gary Barlow and Elliot Kennedy, book by James Graham, directed by A.R.T. Artistic Director Diane Paulus with choreography by Mia Michaels, presented at A.R.T. by special arrangement with Harvey Weinstein. The production begins previews at the Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle Street in Cambridge, MA on Wednesday, July 23 and runs through Sunday, September 28. The production will be available for press viewing starting Wednesday, August 13. Invitations for press opening will be sent out in late July.

Chester Theatre Company celebrates its 25th Anniversary Season with a special production of the one-woman comedy HIGH DIVE by Leslie Ayvazian. The production, which runs from July 22th through July 24th at the Chester Town Hall in Chester, MA, will feature CTC favorite Jennifer Rohn in her sixth CTC appearance.
