JCC Manhattan proudly presents PREformances with Allison Charney featuring violinists Laura Jean Goldberg, Ani Bukujian and Alexandros Martino Petrin, violist Lisa Heffter, cellist Roberta Cooper, pianists Alexei Tartakovsky and Moshe Knoll as well as actor, Jordan Charney, on Monday, April 11th at 12:30pm. The program will feature world premieres by American composers Kim D. Sherman and Moshe S. Knoll, along with Debussy's beautiful 'Arpeggio Etude' and Liszt's thrilling 'Chasse Neige' for virtuoso piano.

JCC Manhattan proudly presents PREformances with Allison Charney featuring special guests from the Orchestra of St. Luke's on Monday, March 7th at 7:30pm. Music will include Beethoven's String Quartet no. 13, opus 130, Bolling's jazzy flute Suite and a collection of some of the greatest French operatic arias, performed by violinists Naoko Tanaka and Elizabeth Derham, violist Daniel Panner, cellist Alberto Parrini, flutist Elizabeth Mann, pianist Craig Ketter and soprano Allison Charney.

For the first time in the series' history, PREformances with Allison Charney will have a full chamber orchestra on stage on Monday, February 2nd at 12:30pm at JCC Manhattan. The ArtsAhimsa Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Thomas Elefant, will play the orchestral version of Moshe Knoll's glorious setting of Psalm 133 that was developed on PREformances.

Blair McMillen and Pam Goldberg are thrilled to present the busiest season yet of the Rite of Summer Music Festival, taking place Summer 2014 at Colonels' Row on Governors Island, New York City. In a locale The New York Times has called a "Playground for the Arts," the aim of the Festival is simple: to present the highest quality live performances, and to bring free contemporary classical music to as many people as possible in a relaxed, fun, outdoor setting. The festival kicked off on Saturday, May 31st, with one of the most hyped and extraordinary bands to emerge in years, Dawn of Midi. Next up, Rite of Summer collaborates with New York Philharmonic's Very Young Composers to present New York: Harbor to the World, an exhilarating afternoon of world premieres, on **Sunday, July 13th.
