£15 Tickets For Trafalgar Transformed's EAST IS EAST On Sale Tomorrow!

Jamie Lloyd Productions' Trafalgar Transformed production of East is East, running from this Saturday 4 October at Trafalgar Studios, will release its initial batch of £15 Monday tickets on Wednesday 1 October from 10.00am. Tickets can be purchased via the box office in person or online (2 tickets per person per booking) 24 hours only. The dates on sale will be 13, 20, 27 October and 3 November, and will include every seat in the entire auditorium.

Amit Shah (Abdul Khan), Ashley Kumar (Tariq Khan), Darren Kuppan (Maneer Khan), Nathan Clarke (Saleem Khan), Taj Atwal (Meenah Khan) and Michael Karim (Sajit Khan) join the previously announced multi award-winning actress Jane Horrocks (Ella Khan) and East is East's award-winning playwright Ayub Khan Din (George Khan) to complete the casting of the Khan family, in Ayub Khan Din's critically-acclaimed play. The Khans are joined by Sally Bankes (Auntie Annie), Rani Moorthy (Mrs. Shah) and Hassani Shapi (Mr Shah/Doctor). Ash Rizi, Karl Seth, Deepal Parmar and Pamela Bennett (Ensemble) complete the cast.

RSC's MERCHANT OF VENICE, GAME World Premiere & CARMEN Reimagining Set for the Almeida's 2014-15 Season

The Almeida Theatre has announced its new Winter-Spring 2014-15 season, featuring Rupert Goold's celebrated RSC production of THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, starring Ian McDiarmid as Shylock and Susannah Fielding reprising her role as Portia; Robert Icke directing Tobias Menzies in an intimate staging of Wallace Shawn's THE FEVER AT THE MAY FAIR HOTEL; the World Premiere of Mike Bartlett's play GAME, directed by Sacha Wares and designed by Miriam Buether in a radical reconfiguration of the theater; and Simon Stephens reimagining Bizet's CARMEN in the UK premiere of CARMEN DISRUPTION, helmed by Michael Longhurst.
