Roundabout Theatre Company has announced the world - premiere production of TONI STONE, by Lydia R. Diamond, starring Emmy Award winner Uzo Aduba ( " Orange Is the New Black, " Godspell, The Wiz ) as " Toni Stone, " directed by Tony Award winner Pam MacKinnon.

Roundabout Theatre Company will present the world premiere of the Roundabout - commissioned play, Bernhardt/Hamlet by Pulitzer finalist Theresa Rebeck, directed by Tony nominee Moritz von Stuelpnagel, will kick off Roundabout's 2018 - 2019 Broadway season.

The 49th Annual Nashville Film Festival continues its rollout of film announcements with the seven selected Documentary Special Presentations that include the World Premiere of James Keach's Turning Point. Multi-talented singer/dancer/actor/choreographer Rome Saladino will celebrate the stylings of Grammy and Juno Award-winner Michael Buble when he brings his newest production Feelin' Good - A Tribute to Michael Buble to the Boca Black Box Center for the Arts on April 20th at 8 pm.

Roundabout Theatre Company presents the New York premiere of Bobbie Clearly by Alex Lubischer, directed by Will Davis. This is the second play in Roundabout Underground's expanded two-play season, following Too Heavy for Your Pocket by Jireh Breon Holder this fall.

On the March 29th episode of Lip Sync Battle, two of Britain's hottest pop stars are set to take over the stage. First, Rita Ora proves she's "Too Sexy" for the rest of us as she lip syncs to Right Said Fred's iconic 1991 hit. Flanked by a posse of dancers donning the Flag of the United Kingdom, Rita gives a performance that leaves guest DJ Boy George to proclaim "It's Right Said Rita all the way!" Say his name three times and he might just arrive on Broadway! Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures (Mark Kaufman) and Langley Park Productions (Kevin McCormick) announced today that the new musical comedy Beetlejuice will make its world premiere in a Pre-Broadway engagement at the National Theatre in Washington D.C. in October 2018. Directed by two- time Tony Award nominee Alex Timbers (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Peter and the Starcatcher) and choreographed by Connor Gallagher (The Robber Bridegroom), Beetlejuice features an original score by Eddie Perfect (King Kong) and a book by Scott Brown and Emmy Award nominee Anthony King (Broad City).

Starting on April 7, 2018, 105.9 FM WQXR will broadcast The New York Philharmonic This Week, the Orchestra's national and international two-hour radio broadcast, in the New York metropolitan area on Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, departing from its current slot on Thursdays at 9:00 p.m.

New York City staple Roundabout Theatre Company has just announced that Tony & Emmy Award winner Stockard Channing will return to the New York stage in the Off-Broadway premiere of APOLOGIA, by Alexi Kaye Campbell (The Pride). APOLOGIA will be directed by three-time Obie Award winner Daniel Aukin (Bad Jews, Skintight). Channing returns to the role of "Kristin" in Apologia following an acclaimed run in London's West End in 2017.

The Suncoast Credit Union Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF) is proud to announce the dynamic 2018 Feature Film Competition Lineup. The festival includes 35 U.S., international and documentary features, as well as other programming, to kick-off its 12th festival season. GIFF will begin on Tuesday, March 20th with the opening night musical/drama, Stuck, starring Giancarlo Esposito, Amy Madigan and Ashanti.
