12 Peers Presents WHITE RABBI RED RABBIT by Nassim Soleimanpour This April

12 Peers Theater will present White Rabbit Red Rabbit by Nassim Soleimanpour, coming from successful runs at the Edinburgh and Philadelphia Fringe Festivals, as well as a continuing New York City run being performed Monday nights at West Side Theatre. The experimental solo performance features a new actor every night and runs April 7-24, 2016 at Pittsburgh Playwrights Theater in Downtown Pittsburgh. The rotating cast will feature Matt Henderson, Richard Keitel, Christopher Josephs, Julia Geisler, Wayne Brinda, Ingrid Sonnichsen, Hayley Nielsen, John Feightner, David Crawford, Nick Mitchell, Shaun Hall, Todd Betker, Alan Stanford, Brian Edward, Jeffrey Carpenter, Diana Ifft, and Richard Rauh.

PICT to Host 3rd Annual UNCOMMON PLEAS Event

Though still suppressing any telltale clues to its upcoming season, PICT Classic Theatre is pleased to announce the world-premiere of TWO TALES OF TERROR by Edgar Allan Poe, adapted by PICT's Artistic & Executive Director, Alan Stanford. The production will run May 5 through 20 at the Henry Heymann Theatre, and it will feature two short stories by Poe-The Tell-tale Heart and The Fall of the House of Usher.

PICT Classic Theatre announced today that due to a significant shortfall in funding, its production of The Tempest, which was scheduled to open on October 10th, has been canceled. PICT's current production of Educating Rita, opening on September 5th, will go on as planned. Decisions about the remainder of the season will be made by PICT's Board of Directors in the coming days.
