The Joyce Theater Foundation (Linda Shelton, Executive Director) today announced the American premiere of the Sadler's Wells London/Sylvie Guillem production of 6000 miles away, a mixed program devised and performed by internationally acclaimed dancer Sylvie Guillem, to be presented at The David H. Koch Theater, Lincoln Center, April 4, 5, & 7, 2012.

Sally Struthers Joins Pittsburgh CLO's ANNIE; Creative Team Announced

Pittsburgh CLO has announced the creative team for the 2012 Summer Season, running June 5 through August 5 at the Benedum Center. Three Pittsburgh CLO veterans and one newcomer highlight this group selected to helm the organization's 66th year of bringing Broadway's best to Pittsburgh's Cultural District. The season includes the National Tour of Come Fly Away (June 5-10), A Chorus Line (June 15-24), Annie(June 29-July 8), Fiddler on the Roof (July 13-22), Sunset Boulevard (July 24-29) and the National Tour of The Addams Family (July 31-August 5).

Goodspeed Musicals Tickets Go On Sale 2/19: MAME, CAROUSEL and SOMETHING'S AFOOT!

The Box Office will open at 10 a.m. this Sunday for three musicals: Mame; Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel; and Something's Afoot, a musical whodunit. Be among the first to purchase tickets for all three shows at Goodspeed Musicals, the first regional theatre in the nation to receive two Tony Awards.

Performances Added for David Drake's MY TAWNY VALENTINE, 2/17-3/2

Obie Award-winning playwright/performer David Drake (The Night Larry Kramer Kissed Me) makes his long-awaited return to New York with the premiere of MY TAWNY VALENTINE. Written by and starring Drake, this drag tragicomedy with music is directed by Robert La Fosse (Tony Award nominee for Jerome Robbins' Broadway) featuring musical direction by Lance Cruce (Joan River's longtime pianist, Karen Finley's Make Love), original music by Trevor Kuprel, and video by Ned Stresen Reuter. Performances begin February 17th at The Laurie Beechman Theatre.

In Another Marilyn Monroe Role! SMASH Star Megan Hilty to Star in GENTLEMEN PREFER BLONDES at Encores!

Megan Hilty has been cast as Lorelei Lee, the diamond-loving blonde made famous by Carol Channing, in the Encores! production of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, opening May 9 at New York City Center. Gentlemen Prefer Blondes will be directed by John Rando with music direction by Rob Berman and choreography by Randy Skinner and will play for seven performances, May 9 - 13, at New York City Center, 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues.
