Julien Schwab's critically acclaimed, mind-bending comedy rogerandtom will move to the Main Stage at the HERE (145 Sixth Avenue, enter on Dominick) for an extended summer engagement beginning Saturday, July 6th. Presented by Personal Space Theatrics, rogerandtom is set to open Saturday, July 13th and will continue for a limited run through Saturday, August 24th. When actor/entrepreneur Adrian Grenier built a recording studio in his Brooklyn home's basement, his intentions were simple: create a space for friends to write, perform, and record music. However, the equipped studio, appropriately dubbed the WRECKROOM at its launch last May, has evolved and become a breeding ground for fresh talent -- a music incubatorthat has helped develop over fifty artists by providing free engineer time, recording equipment, video sessions, and a built in audience to see the final product.

The National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts), a non-profit that recognizes and supports the nation's most talented young artists in the visual, literary, and performing arts, has announced that its 2014 application will be available online at http://www.youngarts.org/apply from May 31, 2013 through October 18, 2013. Held in Downtown Miami, the evening honored director and choreographer Debbie Allen (Leadership Award), violinist Joshua Bell (Arison Award), and actor and alumnus Adrian Grenier (Alumni Award) and brought together prominent artists, community leaders, philanthropists and celebrities. Out of approximately 10,000 applications, 685 emerging young artists have been recognized for their outstanding work and accomplishments in one of nine disciplines across the visual, literary and performing arts fields.
