On yesterday's WENDY WILLIAMS, TV legend George Takei stopped by to talk about making his Broadway debut in the original musical ALLEGIANCE.

Best known as Sulu on the original STAR TREK, actor George Takei will make his Broadway debut in the musical ALLEGIANCE, based on his real-life experiences during World War II.

On Tuesday, September 29, immediately upon completion of filming his starring role on the fourth season of the Cinemax series 'Banshee,' Hoon Lee will join Tony winner Kelli O'Hara and the company to assume the role of The King, which was originated for this production by Tony Award nominee Ken Watanabe.
