More Previews Cancelled, New Performances Added For 'CATCH ME IF YOU CAN'

The 5th Avenue Theatre regrets to announce the cancellation of preview performances Thursday July 23 through Sunday July 26 of the upcoming World Premiere of the new musical Catch Me If You Can, but will be offering two additional performances of the show next week on Tuesday July 28 and Wednesday July 29. The two additional performances will be at 7:30 pm.

Variety reports that the Broadway-bound musical MEMPHIS has nabbed the Shubert Theater for its fall run, with a group sales announcement indicating the show will begin previews on September 23rd, 2009. Tickets are available from www.intiman.org or 206.269.1900. Tickets range in price from $40 to $55, with discounts available for youth, seniors and groups. All patrons who were 12 years old in 1962 will receive $12 off the adult-ticket price, with proof of age. Patrons 25 and under can purchase tickets to any performance for $10. Pending availability, rush tickets will be sold 15 minutes before curtain for $20. Intiman will offer a pay-what-you-can performance (with a $5 suggested minimum per ticket) on Friday, May 22 at 8 pm. This production is recommended for ages 12 and up.
