An invitation only reading of Jean Giebel's new play Chasing the River was just presented at New World Stages yesterday, November 10th. Directed by Will Nunziata, the reading featured Tony nominee Carmello (Scandalous: The Life and Trials of Aimee Semple McPherson), Tony winner Huffman (The Producers, The Nance, Curb Your Enthusiasm), Tony nominee Kudisch (9 to 5, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Lincoln Center's A Minister's Wife), Deborah Rayne ('Nurse Jackie,' 'Unforgettable,'Spirits of Exit Eleven), Arturo Ruiz ('Broad City', 'Sunbelt Express') and Ella Dershowitz (Intimacy, HBO's 'Phil Spector').
