Benjamin J Williams
Benjamin has been a theatre professional and lighting designer for over 12 years and holds his MFA in Theatrical Design from Brandeis University, located outside of Boston. He is currently the Production Manager at the Sheen Center, in downtown Manhattan.

Benjamin has been a theatre professional and lighting designer for over 12 years and holds his MFA in Theatrical Design from Brandeis University, located outside of Boston. He is currently the Production Manager at the Sheen Center, in downtown Manhattan. Prior to arriving at the Sheen Center, Benjamin was the Technical Director at the Irondale Center in Brooklyn. Benjamin has designed the lighting for over 150 plays, musicals, dance and events throughout Central Florida, New England and New York City. He is a 2011 recipient of the Boston Theatre Critics Elliot Norton award in Outstanding Design for his lighting of Annie Baker’s ‘The Aliens’, part of the Shirley, VT Plays Festival; a collaboration between the Huntington Theatre, Speakeasy Stage, and Company One of Boston.
