Beginning this Saturday, June 18, NBC and NBCSN will combine to present primetime coverage of the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials during an unprecedented 20 of 23 nights in diving, swimming, gymnastics, and track and field.

Phelps won gold in both Athens and Beijing in the 200 meter butterfly. Tuesday will be Phelps' busiest day as he also is expected to swim the final for the 4x200m freestyle relay with teammate Ryan Lochte.
