Scott M. Robbins BIO

Scott has been working in the theatre for the past thirty years. He has directed and produced over 50 regional productions. Recently, he directed a benefit production of Love Letters starring Lee Meriwether and James Noble at the Playhouse On The Green. Scott along with award winning composer and author Dan Goggin, have collaborated on numerous stage and television projects. They produced the hit musical Nunsense and it’s various sequels all over the U.S. To mark the 20th anniversary of the original Nunsense, Scott produced the all star national tour starring Kaye Ballard, Georgia Engel, Mimi Hines, Darlene Love and Lee Meriwether. Scott was the assistant director on the national tour of Nuncrackers starring Dody Goodman and later, he produced the television production of the show starring Rue McClanahan. Most recently, he produced the television production of Nunset Boulevard to be aired on PBS this Spring. Along with Mark Graham, Scott produced the hit comedy Me & Jezebel starring Jim Bailey at the 26th Street Theatre and he co-produced the world premiere production of Harry & Thelma In The Woods at The Hollywood Playhouse and at The New Jersey Repertory Company. Scott is a Tony Award voter and a member of the Broadway League.

The Little Sisters of Hoboken have gone Hollywood in the highly anticipated, latest installment of Dan Goggin's international smash-hit Nunsense franchise: Nunset Boulevard: The Nunsense Hollywood Bowl Show, which is about to embark on a multi-city National Tour in the 2012-2013 season.

Meriwether and Noble Star in CT Production of Love Letters


Stage and television veterans Lee Meriwether and James Noble will star in A.R. Gurney's Love Letters, presented by Playhouse on the Green in Bridgeport, CT, on Saturday, June 2 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, June 3 at 3 p.m.
