The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) and the Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre (SDAC) today (Wednesday 21 October 2015) signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on a new Chinese production of Henry V in 2016, premiering at the Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre in November 2016.

Gregory Doran, RSC Artistic Director, continues his exploration through Shakespeare's History plays as he directs Henry V, opening in Stratford-upon-Avon, before being broadcast to cinemas and transferring to the Barbican in London. 

The Third Annual Workshop was held last week in Beijing for the China Collaborative Innovation Center for Theatre Arts Management (CCICTAM). Columbia Stages will present NEW PLAYS NOW, the annual festival of new plays by emerging artists from the MFA Theatre Program at Columbia University School of the Arts.
