BIO
Kevin writes musicals and licenses the performance rights through Go Musicals, the company he founded in 2009(-ish). Rather than trying his hand in NY, he stayed in Phoenix and focused on writing shows for high schools. Kevin's large-cast musicals have been performed by schools and community theaters throughout the US. A brazen exploiter of the Public Domain - particularly works that lost their copyright prematurely due to some registration error at a time when copyright laws were different - Kevin has written musical adaptations of It's a Wonderful Life, Night of the Living Dead, and others. He has also written several original musicals, such as "Final Vinyl" and "Kevin Frei's Post-Modern Hipster Musical (You've Probably Never Heard of It)".
