Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus And Machin' Among Headliners At 2015 HALLOWEEN PALM SPRINGS!

By:

The Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus, Machin' (headliner of last year's Tachevah), the spectacular Marina Mac, DJ Baz and many more surprise guests will be the featured artists at HALLOWEEN PALM SPRINGS, Saturday, October 31 from 6:00-10:00 pm on Arenas Road in Palm Springs. The event is FREE with donations being accepted at each of the entrances to support many local charities including Desert Aids Project and The Gay Men's Chorus. Hot Purple Energy will be supplying the solar power to take the event OFF THE GRID.

"This year's event will be a community-wide experience bringing in visitors throughout Southern CA and beyond. In conjunction with the Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism, 8 prominent national journalists including 3 from Germany will be covering Halloween Palm Springs. As a supporter of all four of our beneficiaries, I wanted to continue to promote and expand giving to Desert AIDS Project, Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus, Greater Palm Springs Pride and LGBT Community Center of the Desert who will all have booths on Arenas Road," said Jeff Hocker, Executive Producer, Halloween Palm Springs.

Preliminary costume contests with $200 in cash and prizes for each event will be held at various desert nightclubs prior to Halloween Night -- Streetbar on Wednesday, Oct. 28; Spurline, Thursday, Oct. 29 and Chill on Friday, Oct. 30 all at 7:00p.m. Each of these winners will compete in their Arenas Road category during the main contest on Halloween night at 8:00p.m. Categories include: Grand, Second, Third and Arenas Road with over $800 in cash and prizes being distributed.

To add another cool experience to this year's festivities, Ketel One is the presenting sponsor for the VIP Lounge with hosted bar, micro-brew tasting, Party City gift bag with Halloween Palm Springs t-shirt, candy and snacks along with a dedicated port-a-pottie (don't laugh) and in and out privileges. Tickets will be available online only, are limited to 100 guests, and are only $50 per person.

This event would not be possible without all of the stellar support of all of the Arenas Road merchants, which include: Hunters Night Club, Spurline, Streetbar, Chill Bar Palm Springs, Bongo Johnny's, Mischief Cards & Gifts, Lulu California Bistro, Score, Palm Springs Piercing Company, Bear Wear, Café Palette and Eddie's Yogurt.
