Orlando Repertory Theatre (The REP) presents Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing (January 25 - February 21, 2016). This production is presented by Clear Channel Outdoor and supporting sponsor Walt Disney World.

Oh, brother! Attention-stealing little brother, Fudge, makes Peter feel like a fourth grade nothing! In this story by Judy Blume, adapted for the stage by Bruce Mason, Fudge is a toddler terror that gets away with everything, and Peter has had about all he can take! Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing is a humorous look at family life and the troubles that can only be caused by a younger sibling!

"There are countless reasons as to why this story has captured the hearts of readers, not to mention audiences for so long," says director Chris Armbrister. "However, the closer you look at this story the more you realize that all the reasons for its long life boil down to one thing, and that's the characters. We identify with these characters because we all know a kid like Peter, a bit uncertain about himself, yet the idol of his little brother. I'm sure we all have, or had, a Fudge in our lives, whether it was actually a pesky little brother (sister, in my case) that seems to get all the attention, gets away with everything, and drives us crazy, yet we look out for them, forgive them at the end of the day, and protect them nonetheless. It's the nature of sibling rivalry, a major theme of this story, and one that many of us can identify because we have all lived, or are currently living, through it."

Tales of a Fourth Grade nothing runs Saturdays and Sundays from January 25 - February 21, 2016 at 2pm and 5:30pm. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for students, seniors (55+), and members of the military with valid ID, and $14 for the youth (ages 3 to 17).
